Currency
All of our prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). For those of you outside of Canada, feel free to use the currency converter at http://www.xe.com to see current currency conversion rates.

Timeline
All of our soaps are in stock (unless otherwise noted) and cured a minimum of 4 weeks before shipping. Our bath and body products as well as our hand poured soy tarts are made to order to ensure freshness. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment.

Payment
Payment is accepted online by Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or cash for local pick-ups. All orders must be pre-paid before shipment or delivery.

Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping. Rates are as follows:

Canadian Orders
- Canada Post Xpresspost (flat rate of $11.49 CDN)
This service includes $100 of insurance and a tracking number.
Your order will arrive within 4-6 business days.

US Orders
- Canada Post Expedited service (flat rate of $12.49 CDN)
This service includes $100 of insurance and a tracking number.
Your order will arrive within 5-10 business days.

International Orders
- Canada Post Expedited service (flate rate of $18.49 CDN)
This service includes $100 of insurance and a tracking number.
Your order will arrive within 8-12 business days.

If you wish to have your order shipped in another manner, please contact us. Willow Ridge Soap Co. is not responsible for any duty or taxes charged at the border for parcels being shipped outside of Canada.

Returns
At Willow Ridge Soap Co. we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We believe in and stand behind every product that we sell. If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package. Due to the personal nature of many of our products, items must be in their original packaging, fully intact, unopened and unused. Open and used products will not be accepted for refund/exchange. Please advise us of any damaged, incorrect or defective product within 2 days. Any errors on our part will be immediately corrected to your complete satisfaction. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on custom & special orders. All custom & special order sales are final.

Cancellations
Because we aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, it is important that you contact us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order. At that time your money will be refunded in full. After 12 hours, if your order has not already been shipped, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Privacy
We respect the privacy of our customers here at Willow Ridge Soap Co. We will never give away or sell any of your information. In addition to our direct collection of information, our third party service vendors (ie: Paypal) may also collect this information from our authorized customers. Please note that this site contains links to other websites. Note that when you click on one of those links you will be moving to another website. We encourage you to read their privacy policy as it may differ from ours.
